WHY CHOOSE PPF?
WHY CHOOSE PPF?

- Advanced Manufacturing – TPU is crafted using casting technology, offering superior transparency, uniform thickness, and higher quality compared to the calendaring process used for PVC.
- Robust and Flexible – TPU is both stronger and more flexible than PVC, providing secure adhesion and exceptional durability. TPU colour change wraps are available in 7.5mil, while TPU paint protection films are offered in 7.5mil and 8.5mil thicknesses for added robustness.
- Self-Healing Technology – TPU incorporates micro-scratch self-repair properties, ensuring a consistently smooth and flawless surface over time.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
IMPORTANT NOTICE
★ If purchasing to repair a small area, slight colour differences may occur. For best results, order from your original supplier. Colour issues are non-refundable.
- Wrapping Options: Our TPU film supports both dry and wet application. Please familiarize yourself with the differences between TPU and PVC materials before placing an order.
- Roll Sizes and Cutting: A full roll is 49 feet (15 meters) in length. For orders of 49 feet (15 meters) or less, we will cut from a complete roll and remove the protective layer to ensure safe delivery.
Examples:
69 feet (21m) = 1 full roll + 20 feet (6 meters) - Colour Variations: If there is no roll code due to different production batches, slight colour differences may occur when ordering supplementary film.
- Warning: The colours, images, and finishes shown on your screen are approximate. For the most accurate representation, please refer to the colour book or sample swatches.

Description
WRAPFORD Gloss Chameleon Peacock Blue Purple Self-Healing Film showcases a captivating colour-shifting finish inspired by the iridescent beauty of peacock feathers, blending rich peacock blue hues with vibrant violet and deep purple undertones for a bold, luxurious appearance. Its dynamic chameleon effect reveals striking transitions between luminous blue, teal, and purple as lighting conditions and viewing angles change, creating a mesmerising, multi-dimensional appearance that enhances every curve, edge, and body contour. The high-gloss surface delivers smooth, glass-like reflections, adding remarkable depth and brilliance while creating a premium OEM+ aesthetic that feels exotic, sophisticated, and distinctly modern.
Engineered with advanced Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) and self-healing technology, this film provides reliable protection against stone chips, road debris, light scratches, and everyday surface wear. Its heat-activated self-healing layer helps minor surface imperfections gradually disappear, preserving the film’s smooth, glossy appearance, vibrant colour transitions, and distinctive chameleon brilliance over time.
Combining expressive colour styling with advanced protection, the Gloss Chameleon Peacock Blue Purple Self-Healing Film offers excellent flexibility and controlled handling during installation. Its captivating blend of peacock blue, teal, and purple reflections makes it ideal for luxury vehicles, performance cars, premium SUVs, and bespoke colour-change projects seeking a distinctive, high-impact aesthetic. Manufactured from premium-grade TPU and backed by a 5-year warranty, this film delivers striking visual appeal and lasting protection.
Application Options
-
Dry & Wet Dual Application (TPU)
The latest technology supports both dry and wet installation methods, offering greater versatility across different panels and installation styles.
- Dry Application (TPU)
Designed for direct dry installation with no water required, making installation faster and cleaner. It also supports light wet installation if necessary, but the film must be allowed to dry completely before completing the installation.
- Wet Application Only (TPU)
Optimised for traditional wet installation, providing precise positioning and controlled fitting on complex surfaces.
Both options deliver the same appearance, protection, and durability; the choice depends on installation preference and budget.
Key Highlights
- TPU Upgrade Option – A step up in flexibility, durability, and surface recovery
- 7.5 mil Thickness – Balanced protection and conformability
- Heat-Activated Self-Healing – Minor marks recover with heat
- Stable Colour & Clarity – Clean white tone over long-term use
- Professional Adhesive System – Reliable bonding and clean removal
- 5-Year Warranty – Long-term confidence for professional applications
Choosing Between PET and TPU
PET remains a solid and cost-effective choice.
Coloured TPU is recommended when the project calls for higher stretch, self-healing performance, and longer service life.
For customers looking to upgrade their finish and protection with added peace of mind, Coloured PPF is the natural next step.
NOTE: PPF comes in a standard size of 5' x 49' (1.5 m x 15 m), enough to cover the majority of vehicles (typically excluding the roof). Should you wish to COVER THE ROOD as well, please opt for an additional 3 m.
Important Considerations (Please Note)
- Lighting Variation: Colours may appear slightly different under various lighting conditions. However, any variation is minimal and does not affect the overall finish or quality of the PPF.
- UV Exposure: While the coloured PPF provides superior brightness, the colour pigments are susceptible to very gradual fading over extensive periods of prolonged, direct UV exposure. This is a slow, expected process inherent to coloured film technology and does not affect the film's protective qualities.

Amazing product im satisfied with the quality of the wrap and delivery and i got extra on my purchase as well i highly recommend this company
great
Πολύ ποιοτικό ppf χοντρό και αντέχει στο ζέσταμα και στο τράβηγμα στις γωνίες !! Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω
Stunning colour, great customer service and a good price. Little trickier to work with over standard comfortable vinyls but Wrapford did warn about this prior to purchase and even sent out a couple of meters extra to play with. Once you get the hang of it it’s a nice vinyl to work with and the end result is well worth the effort. Can’t rate the customer service highly enough, fast response, polite and fast delivery given the logistics involved. I would highly recommend Wrapford.
materiale fantastico riutilizzabile in caso di errata posa, molto malleabile e al tempo stesso robusto
Easy to apply here on a refurbished Bang & Olufsen speaker. Instructions could hold ‘advanced tips & tricks’ eg how to wrap sharp corners on thin materials. But that’s minor details.
