Wrapford provide a 2-year warranty for our vinyl wrap products. During this period, if any natural cracking or defects occur under normal use, we will offer a free replacement product or partial refunds as compensation.

However, the following situations are excluded from the warranty:

• Damage caused by improper maintenance or care.
• Damage resulting from human factors, such as scratches, tearing, or exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., excessive heat or chemical exposure).

For any damages caused during transportation, we will provide a free replacement product.
