RETURN POLICY

General Terms:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your product. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It should also be in its original packaging, and the LOT number must be clearly visible.
  • In certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). Items that are returned damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to a fault with the product or WRAPFORD will not be eligible for a full refund.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns of full rolls.
  • For special order full roll purchases, there is a non-refundable fee of £200. This fee will be deducted in addition to the 15% restocking fee for any returns of special order full rolls.

Defects:

  • We provide a limited warranty for production defects in line with the technical specifications detailed in the product bulletin. Items will only be replaced if they are found to be defective or damaged during delivery.
  • Our return policy for warranty claims is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.
  • To request a return, please send a claim to support@wrapford.com. Your claim must include a detailed description of the issue, supporting photographs or videos, and the LOT number.
  • If your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement product, including shipping costs.
  • Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
  • If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.
  • If the refund still hasn't appeared, please contact your bank, as there may be a delay in processing.
